The Rules

Fall Photo Contest- Starts Saturday!!

Starting this Saturday, I will be hosting a two week long photo challenge.

The theme?

Fall.

Anything that speaks to you as fall.

Leaves, pumpkins, hot cocoa, bonfires. 

Whatever. 

If it is fall to you then it fits.

So get out your cameras and start shooting!

Fall will begin in a few short days!

Sunday Snapshot- Purple Blossoms

As fall is coming, I know that the last of beautiful flowers are coming to an end.

For a time.

They always come back!

Thank goodness.

While taking these I was practicing having a blurred back-round.

Crazy Squirrels

Okay, so I know what your thinking.

"Squirrels, really Emma? You can't think of a better post?"

Well I could post more random pictures of Lily and Josh fighting... but why put you're guys eyes through that???

Plus, this squirrel posed very nicely for me on the deck.

You should know that our backyard is Squirrel Kingdom.

If you ever want to do a nature study on Squirrels, come to my backyard.

However, you should know we have crazy Squirrels.

No lie.

These things are nuts!

They sunbathe on our deck. ALL THE TIME.

And they crawl on the screens of a kitchen windows and hang there.

I have also been chased multiple times by the squirrels.

I'm telling you, these things have a mind of their own.

The, "Their more afraid of you than you are of them," doesn't apply.

They fear nothing.

This squirrel is rather skinny and has a weird bulge on it's back.

On another note, I finished my first week in High School!

Let's just say i'm ready for the week-end! 

My Little Bro

I don't mean to brag.

But I've got the cutest little brother, EVER!

I was looking at these pictures and was like,

"Goodness he's adorable! I sure now how to pick em'!"

*Haha!*

I mean look at those cheeks!

Don't you just want to squeeze them??

Oh, by the way. This sticker. We earned by being a wonderful boy at the dentist!

Poor dude has 11 cavites, yes 11!

He's been walking around with it on his back the last few days.

I am SO excited to post these pictures!

I was thrilled when I saw what I had taken!!

Because it's B&W Wednesday I have to post them in B&W.

But I have them in color too! 

Aren't they SO vibrant?

I added an effect but didn't vibrance any colors! 

 

 

 I called this the strawberry flowers because the middle looks like a strawberry.
