Bake the cookies at 300 degrees,
for 12-14 minutes (and no longer!!)
When the cookies come out they may appear to be under-cooked,
but they will continue to form while they cool.

They are so good I LOVE them!

Here is the recipe:
-1/2 cup of butter (softened)
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1 egg
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1 1/2 cup flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
-2 tablespoons white sugar
-1 teaspoon cinnamon

This make about 19 cookies
So depending on your crowd, you might want to double the recipe.
